SCOPE OF WORK
Spider Access mobilized a dedicated team of over 40 highly skilled rope access operatives who were proficient in various disciplines, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the challenging scopes of work across the entire facades. Their tasks encompassed a wide range of activities, starting from the initial façade su
rvey and addressing significant structural cracking and render debonding issues. The team then proceeded with the meticulous application of a four-coat painting method, guaranteeing an exceptional quality finish and long-lasting durability of the façade.
