The project covered an expansive 45,000 square meters of façade surface. SCOPE OF WORK
Spider Access mobilized a team of over 40 IRATA-certified rope access technicians, supported by QA/QC and HSE professionals, to execute the complex façade rehabilitation and finishing scope.
Key works included:
- Comprehensive façade inspection and condition assessment.
- Rectification of structural cracks and render debonding issues.
- Application of a four-coat protective painting system for long-term durability.
- Installation of EN 795-certified anchor points and a Harken Access Rail system for future maintenance.
